For organizers & federations
TheCueReport is a verified, source-linked home for cue sports results and events, starting with Canadian amateurs and selected international professionals. If you run events, a venue, a federation or a cue brand, we would like your information to be accurate and well presented here.
What we offer today
Tournament listings
Dates, location, discipline, organizer, registration link, deadline, fee, eligibility and livestream link, all pointing back to your official page.
Results with credit
Published results show your organization as the source and the date we last checked. Players and opponents link to their profiles.
Venue and organizer pages
Basic club and organizer information linked from every event you run.
A corrections channel
If something about your event or organization is wrong, tell us. Corrections are logged and the fix is dated.
How data gets here
- You tell us you want to be listed. Use the form below, or send us a link to the official page.
- We confirm we may use your data. We only publish information from sources that have given permission or whose terms allow it. We do not scrape Facebook or other private or restricted sources.
- Automatic updates where possible. If you can publish a simple JSON feed we can read it on a schedule. Every update is checked by automatic rules; anything unclear (an ambiguous player identity, conflicting results) is reviewed by a person before it appears.
- Everything is attributed. Source, last-checked date and change history stay visible. How we verify data.
Ways to work together
Organizers & clubs
Free listings and results. Stable player IDs and entry lists make your event pages richer.
Federations & ranking bodies
Publish official rankings with your attribution and methodology. Rating systems stay separate; we never convert one into another.
Equipment makers
Help us keep the equipment catalogue accurate. A sponsorship is shown as verified only with brand-side confirmation.
Media & livestream partners
Official stream and replay links attached to events, credited to you.
What we do not do
- We do not publish player records, results or sponsorships we cannot source.
- Rankings and results are never changed for payment.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Features that are not built yet are not promised here. Player profile claiming, organizer accounts and notifications are planned, not live.
